As each order is made specifically for you — including uploaded voice messages and custom photos — we are unable to offer refunds once your purchase has been confirmed and processing has begun.

- All sales are final. Due to the personalised nature of our items, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns.
- Responsibility for placement: We are not responsible for how or where the sticker is applied once received. Please ensure it is used in a safe and appropriate setting.
- Audio message content: While we only promote and support positive, uplifting messages, we are not responsible for the content of the uploaded recordings. We do not moderate or censor personal audio uploads.
- Product previews: We do our best to represent our products clearly and accurately. If you have questions before ordering, please feel free to contact us.
